Message From Ryan:
I believe in this book. I know it has changed lives. Agents have written me almost a 1,000 stories. That is why, if you can’t afford the USPS shipping charge, please email me direct w/the details of your situation and story. Ryan@AgentMarketingSyndicate.com – and I or my assistant (this will be kept confidential), will send you a promo code to cover the cost of shipping. Will some take advantage of me and my generosity? Probably. But I believe in my heart that most people are good people and have integrity. So I don’t mind doing this. If I can help people who truly need it, that’s awesome. And, a standard shipping fee should not prevent those who need it, from getting this book.
This past week, I've been sent multiple disturbing emails. These are emails from agents who have experienced the BOLD Program first hand. You won't believe what takes place, or what these agents are asked to do. One agent even sent me pictures. I didn't believe it. I was looking at the pictures. I still couldn't believe. "How does any self-respecting human do that?" that was my question. What are your thoughts? - would you ever do it? Tune in: Join the conversation. You'll also hear the tactical process of creating/being the spectacle, drawing audiences to you, and being their source of fascination so they continually pay attention to your message. P.T. Barnum did this. Evangelist Billy Graham did this. Donald Trump is executing this formula now. But I first learned it's origin from two brothers in Key West. They were street performers. And, when you execute the three steps in order - case studies discussed, including application to real estate - you partake in the process of hi-jacking the media for the purpose of distributing your message. This is an integral part of Creating a Movement for your business/cause. It's just a fact. Those with the most prominence and largest audiences, have most often made themselves into Spectacles. Tune in. This story takes a unique twist too. Subscribe on iTunes
On the radio you hear Mega-Agents offer this program. "Your home sold, guaranteed, or I'll buy it." We both know it's a scam. The consumer is being lied to. At minimum misled and deceived. These agents, they hide behind the *asterick. We all know it. There are so many "conditions," no one ever qualifies. Not to mention, only an insane person would ever agree to such ludicrous conditions. Who wants to wholesale their home? Who wants to lose 20% to 30% of their equity? No one! It's literally insane. These agents promise to sell homes in 39 days. Or whatever. Or they'll step in and "buy it themsevles." But it's pure bait-and-switch. It's a marketing gimmick. The worst part, the Mega-Agents who peddle this lie, continue to get clients that would be better served by you. Someone who has integrity and is honest. SO... Here is the discussion, this month's featured article, that reveals how to finally DEFEAT Mega-Agents and their unethical "program."
