FLETCHER: You see this? So Google consumer surveys conducted a study run by Choice Home Warranty and they found that most Americans do not trust real estate agents. So this is an article from the Los Angeles times, “Most Americans don’t trust real estate agents. 67.5% of Americans polled do not trust real estate agents.”

Now it’s interesting because Choice Home Warranty in the article talked about this, why would they ever conduct or why would they ever publish a study like this? This is a home warranty company. You would think that real estate agents are among the biggest clients! And yet here is the home industry company doing the job of the journalists, telling the truth, publishing the truth; now the good news is that real estate agents, they are still not as lowly rated in trust as journalists. It used to be that the journalists was the person who was out there exposing the fraud, exposing the corruption now it just seems like they are part of the corruption. And the prediction is coming true; more agents, more incompetence, more harm done to society, more harm done to your reputation.
